I’m a psychologist at Csolnoky Ferenc Hospital (VV CSFK), where I work in the OB/GYN Ward, and I also lead Healthcare Workers’ Supportive Therapy. I am also a first-year Clinical and Mental Health Psychology student (postgrad) at Semmelweis University. At the S&E Lab, I am an external member, where I collaborate on projects related to media-induced stress recovery and the ESM modeling of arousal and emotion. In the future, I am interested in studying applied methods in clinical fields, with a specialized interest in schema therapy and DBT. I am also curious about constructs such as stress, burnout, and neurodivergence, and the transdiagnostic aspects connecting these 3. When I have some free time, I enjoy being in nature, cooking, and reading.
